did freddies stage presence become more..... crazy in parts of their carreer. i think he's much crazier on live at the bowl than wembley. personally i prefer it when he isnt as mad such as wembley and old footage such as now im here gh1.

I love the We Will Rock You dvd in Montreal. Freddie is so graceful, flexible, slinky, silky. That part (I think it is at the beginning of Dragon Attack) where he starts off on the right side of the stage and takes those long, graceful, slinky exaggerated steps over to the left side. Oh, MY! I think it is great fun to watch how his poncing-about changed throughout the years. Live in Budapest makes me laugh every time because he is so delightfully dramatic.
He tended to go a bit nuts during the Crazy tour in '79, especially during the song Sheer Heart Attack, where he's been see to bite the Red Special while Brians trying to play, or the famous clip of him pushing over the stack of amps and mutilating his mic stand, etc.
Yeah,that was pretty scary....but fun to watch.

I don't agree with that summation at all. He had a much bigger stage to cover and did it extremely well for a 40 year-old man with AIDS. At Wembley he was physically very commanding.

Answer: While he certainly wasn't "built" like everyone here seems to think.... Freddie may have been 160lbs at Wembley, I don't think thats chubby.
The power he had on Lap of the Gods, and Parts of World We Created were some of his highest decibels ever recorded...at Wembley.
Slow moving? is this when he ran up and down the stairs on the 37th or 38th time?

Milton keynes was the like 6th show after playing a few days in a row so i doubt it was that reason

Milton keynes was the last show from the european leg oft the tour. he had already performed lots of oncredible shows by then and was still in great shape. His voice was fantastic ,better than at wembley. I just think he wasn't in topshape at wembley but he was fantastic in budapest so maybe it was just the big stage.
