What is The Eye?

A friend sent me a bunch of songs he said were from Queen - The Eye.

What is this?

The Eye was a computer game that was released for the PC that was based on Queen music and featured remixed versions of Queen songs throughout the game.

I think it was released in 1997, a lot of songs were instrumental, some things remixed, around that a game with terrible gameplay

It was also only released in Europe, I believe.

I've heard so many people that dislike this game.
I thought it was pretty cool, not what I expected but it wasn't very bad either.

Where can you get it? Or is it too rare?

Dunno how easy it is to get, but if you pester people on the remix forum they might send you some of the instrumentals. They were posted at this place about a year ago so they'd be long gone by now. But I'm sure people still have 'em.

I have all the original Queen instrumentals there is around, not just from Queen the Eye. Should I upload them on rapidshare or something? Or is it considered official stuff?

The game itself is not compatible with Windows XP. I found the keyboard only controls (and the endless combination of key sequences to fight) made me grow tired of playing it after only 5 minutes.
