You are a GENIUS! I know I can't stand that I can never get a human any more, and most damn computer phone menu prompts don't even work and cut me off.

Even for phone information I have to say, ''Human''!!!!
xyz
That one for Delta will work but you'll get a person in India who you can't understand. Delta has outsourced all customer service calls to India. If you can't understand the Indian person you can request to speak to someone who uses English as a first language; after you wait 22 minutes on hold.
Wo ist das kamerahhhhhhhhhhh!!! NJ!!!
Heh, take that Indian call centre people.
...this kettle is boiling over... ...one dump...one turd...two tits...John Deacon... ...one prawn...one shrimp...one clam...one chicken!
Why in God's name must they outsource to India??
They'll work for less money than some chump in [enter country here]

Of course I've always wondered where phone calls come from in India? Probably New Zealand.

That's not right.

How can we trust that they won't sell out our private information to other unauthorized people??
(It HAS happened before!)
We can't. That's why whenever I see an 'unavailable' on the caller id. I just play dumb.
