From what I can gather, on his release from jail in the UK, he travelled to areas of the world where he could find poor children to abuse. In this latest case he paid a 12 year old girl £5.50 per 'session' to have sex with him.
Surley as a known paedophile, he should not have been allowed to travel to these places, as it was obvious what he was after?

His passport and any visa he might have should be revoked, then he couldn't travel the world doing such hideous things.
