I wonder what kinds of things you people plan to do in order to honor Freddie this Nov 24th? Anyone have any exciting plans?
I will be playing every queen album all day tomorrow in honour of the late great freddie mercury, i can't believe it's been 14 years now since he's died.

I will also be having a 2 minute silence at 6.58pm or thereabout to remember him.

Cheers all.
Yes we'll keep on tryin we'll tread that fine line oh oh we'll keep on tryin till the end of time till the end of time.
One glass of vodka. It would be enough!
Probably just mention it to my family, maybe have a toast. Queen is bound to be playing.

I'm going to his house and pay my respects thats the least i can do for Freddie, i will be bringing LOADS of stuff eg. banners, card, flowers, writing all over his door and walls (BIG fat black marker pen lol) candles to light in his hour of death (which i know the exact time he died) taking my digtal camrea and normal one, will be wearing my Freddie tshirt that says "He Rocked Us" HE SURE DID PEOPLE!
I'm gonna probably be crying loads i dont know but I WILL SEND MY LOVE FROM ALL THE PEOPLE IN QUEENZONE if you want me to? Peace people x
I will be crying alot, that is for sure.
Freddie - gone, but never forgotten.
I will play every CD I have and watch all my dvds
I will also have a moment of silence.
I'm not going to be home and I probably won't be able to listen to my cd's without distractions...but look at his pictures and listen to music.
have a great big exam. I'm serious. Our first GCSE is tomorrow, science, so maybe Freddie will watch over me... :-( But i will play nothing but Queen.
"What do you send a squaddie in the front line? Of course, a slit trench. No, i send him a sandbag, and, just in case he doesn't laugh, a box of preserved fruit." ~Spike Milligan~
I will carry on with my life but I will certainly take some time off, for Freddie. I will certainly listen to A Winter's Tale, his final message of hope and joy.

Tears may come to my eyes, but I don't see it as a particularly sad day. It's what he had to suffer that was tragic. That is what makes me cry when I think about it. On that day he was freed from suffering. And now, he is alive more than he ever was. Gosh he's all around us! He's bursting withenergy, and rocking more than he did at Wembly!! He is not gone. He is still there, happier and free from pain.
He left too soon...That's for sure. If we could bring him back....but we can't. We can only remember him, tomorrow like on every other day, and know he's OK.

its_a_hard_life,
it's so cool you're going there! Yes please bring him my love too...Though I know the place where we are doesn't really matter...but I know it has a very big symbolic meaning.
Thanks

Ps. Watch out for Mary! She'll be mad if you write on her walls LOL

I'm with Linda. While everyone else gets themselves with turkey and stuffing, this thanksgiving I will not eat and I will listen to queen and wear my Queen shirt. I will not speak of Queen at all tomorrow. :(
Back whenever
my mistake! While everyone else *bloats* themselves....
