Advice audio experts needed: (not) mp3 sourced?

Hi all,

a question for the audio experts here. I have a bootleg of which I always thought it was non mp3 sourced. However, someone else thinks it is mp3 sourced. I analyzed it again and now I am in doubt...

Who can tell me why it is (not) mp3 sourced? So I can judge better myself the next time in similar cases.
