Which Style/Clothing/Era did Freddie look best in? My favourites are:

Live Aid - white pants & colourful tshirt
Barcelona Sessions - clean shaven
Anything that revealed his hot hairy chest
"My soul is painted like the wings on butterflies...Fairytales of yesterday will grow but never die...I can fly, my friends." FM
Anything but the late 70's red striped short shorts.
Thank you, God bless you, sweet dreams you lot of tarts, Good-bye!
I loved his eccentric taste during the 70's.
The white/back leotard or the famous Harelquin suit he wore during the Earls Court gig.
His outfits in the beginnings were pretty cool as well!
i loved him in that divine furry jacket in the early 70's, georgeous my dears
ooh late seventies, definitely!! PVC and that hairy chest ahhhh I'm watching Hammersmith '79...his jacket only manages to stay on for the first couple of songs.. :D:D

And still, I AM male and I AM straight. And I would KILL for a stage-outfit like that!

And yes, I'd wear it in public...[/QUOTE]

LOL! I agree I ADORE those black and white satin diamonte/rhinestone covered catsuits, where sometimes he wore gloves, and he had LONG hair and (what did some other poster say about him showing off his FAB hairy chest!)

Course I adore everything about his look and clothes at Live Aid.

Also the harlequin outfits.

And yes the stunning, majestic yellow jacket on the Magic Tour.

LMAO. That was a lapse in er..taste. What WAS he thinking?

Also, Freddie's Nero esque hair style on ''The Game'' era was on the sucky side of taste.

In clothes era i would say 70s some of the 80s is great too.
The Hot Space outfit (as seen on On Fire) with the red jacket.

The News of The World Leotard (too many colors on the Earl's Court one).

Jazz/Live Killers leather and suspenders (red preferably).

Crazy/The Game Tour red leather pants with blue kneepads, white top prefered over red tie.

Worst outfits are short shorts (as seen on WWRY dvd), the rock'n roll medley outfit (as seen on Hammersmith), white red short shorts with suspenders... my god and last but not least the red glittering leotard that also appeared to be... a bit too short.
THE 70S!!!!!!!!!!!!! IN THAT EYELINER AND THAT WHITE LIKE TABLE CLOTH!!!!!!!
The best picture ever ! 3.10.06 <3 http://i56.photobucket.com/albums/g169/SheerSaraAttack/Brianscreen-1.jpg
Early 70s! oh yes! especially Hammersmith '75 gorgeous...ahhh
Freddie with the beard...
I love him any way, doesn't matter to me. I'd fuck him
I love 'flash and glitter' Freddie, all throughout the 1970s.
I'm so pissed I could spit.
Speaking of dress... I thought it funny when I was living in an LA Student Rooming house a little while ago. The owner was from the mid-west (USA- cowboy/farmer country) and he's in his late 60-early 70's. I was watching "We Will Rock You" the DVD of the 80's concert (filmed in Canada I think)in the office- a big big TV/etc., it was there for the watching of the tenants...movie nights/etc.. He was here in LA to check in on the place (i.e., accounts... etc). As I watched he looked up, stared a bit and with southern draw "Geez,... I remember when performers would wear shirts on stage (humorously)". I had seen the concert before so I told him, "Yeah well he's about to take off his pants too,... but don't worry he does puts on a hat".

[No big story, but I did think it was a bit funny of the differneces of the generations...].
