Sabbath got me through puberty in one piece ;-)
Went to lots of shows of both Sabs (in any incarnation), Ozzy and Dio.
They RULE!

A band that invented a GENRE in music deserves at least respect. The fact that they recorded some of the best guitar licks EVER just makes them... well, one of the best bands ever :) Awesome stuff!!!

However, the fact that it's been taking so long for their induction since being eligible is just outrageous. It's also very embarassing that they're getting inducted next to Blondie.

Sabbath are fantastic. Tom, I'm with you on Sabbath Bloody Sabbath. I was lucky enough to see them play at the Download Festival this summer, and they were quite simply sublime!

I also forgot to say that I just acquired a copy of the 'Black Box', with every sabbath album from 1970-78. Nice!
