Things Queen should have done ... err ... maybe they did?

There are some songs or versions where I am really disappointed of the fact that they just don't exist or at least there's no proof. Or is there ... somewhere?

I wish Queen would have done ...

1) a studio recording (maybe demo) of Hangman. [imaginable]

2) a straight rocking version of Fairy Feller's Master Stroke – Live! Just imagine the beginning of the song or the bass+drum breaks – how great could that have been! [impossible]

3) a live version of the BoRhap Opera part – just calling 20 random people out of the audience onto the stage, dividing them into 3 or 4 groups and John directing them all! [impossible]

4) a translation of Mustapha (though I think it's just nonsense). [imaginable]

5) A song or demo with John on vocals. [imaginable]

6) Video footage of one of their famous parties – possibly uncut! [imaginable]

7) ...

What do you think? Some more ideas?

Have fun!

1) There is a studio version of Hangman. It is though not widely available.
Not those are losers who fall, but those who don't stand up.
Okay, fine start. Now we need a few experts who tell me the same thing about points 2 to 6. Hey, don't hide your knowledge!

By the way, whisperer, are you sure? How would you know? Heard it yet? Or just heard OF it?

We not only know it, we have one guy on QZ who has it even...

Brian and Roger played live version of Bo Rhap's opera section in 2002.

There are such footages of their parties (Freddie's Munich 1985 exists in complete version).

P.S. I wish them recorded something ambient in Pink Floyd's style... Or just more of instrumental tracks, maybe something like Brian did with Gabriel and Gasparyan few months ago.
Rumours is saying that Queen played The Fairy Feller's Master-Stroke live once.
Serry – You're right, I forgot about John's post where he says so. Now let's hope that the previous owner of the acetate has made a copy on tape ... and someone has made a downloadable file from it ... and then somone would upload it to Queenzone ... and I'd be there in time ...

_Tatterdemalion_ – if that's true I would give away my complete collection of Queen Mp3 downloads for one chance to listen to that!
And if there is a chance to see snippets of some party video, that sure would be fun.

Yes, I've heard that too about Fairy Fellers. I've heard they were improvising the song live once, when the audience shouted they wanted to hear Fairy Fellers (the famous request-bit, Freddie asked the audience want they want). I don't know if it's true, but it sounded convincing.
John: "It's the one thing I wish I could do - sing."
Two things a band should never do: 1) ask the audience what to play and 2) give the mic to someone in the audience ;-)

Freddie did that when I saw them in Providence in 78. Tossed the mic into the crowd and some guys just screamed in it for about 3 minutes.
I wish Queen and Duran Duran's Nick Rhodes had created a song!!!Nick was a good friend of Freddie, and it should have been glorious to see a song by Queen feat. Nick Rhodes!!!

O-kay... Umm, that's never gonna happen, no matter how much you wish for it.

What the fuck was i thinking?? lol
But hey, u cant beat Queen fan participation thats for sure!
Get rid on the synths on 'Play The Game'.

What kind of shitty Pacman arcade sounds are those? Sometimes I wish Queen never met Mack.

There's a synth on Dragon Attack, or am I in need of a sarcasm detector?
You know, good times are now.
Oops.
