I think different shows have different passwords...I just had great tickets and ticketmaster.com went down right when I was paying!

The Chicago presale sucked....both through Artist Arena and through ticketmaster... I'm going to hold out 'til close to the show date when all of the held seats get released.
For the Phoenix show, you can get the password by registering with the local radio station, KDKB on their website. BTW, in Arizona,they have extended the presale through Sunday, which is when the tickets were initially going on sale to the public.
