I never knew the band was ever involved with Victory, I thought all that existed was some sort of home recording with someone banging on a door as makeshift drumming. That may be a total misconception, LOL.

I'm not personally familiar with this specific track, but as John S. Stuart writes "2001 Convention", it seems information about the song was provided at said convention in some form.
