Owned by some rich douche bag from Long Island who owned a Lamborghini. This fuckin' asshole loved to drag race and despite having a long history of traffic violations for breaking the speed limit and having his license revoked, he still went on racing sprees with his buddies.

On one of them he switched to the opossite lane in order to pass the person he was racing with. He ended up having a head to head colission with the car of a man who was driving on the other lane, killing him and his wife instantly.

I used to have one that read QUEENFN... I had pics of it somewhere on a free photosite.. but I can't remember it now.. I gave the plate away when I sold my collection.
