OK I found on my HDD a recording with this tracklist
1) Communication Breakdown
2) Rain
3) We're Going Wrong
4) Rock My Plimsoul / Stone Free (the first part is here shared as track 1 - I'm so glad)

Can somebody tell me the correct names and tracklist ?

..although Rock Me Baby should actually be Rock My Plimsoul by the Jeff Beck Group (the album is called Truth, not the artist or songwriter; Rock Me Baby was the original by B.B. King). But it seems to be otherwise correct.

I have seen several track listings, which seems to be creating some confusion. For instance, some listings contain "So Sweet" .. but perhaps this is just someone's misinterpretation of "Stone Free" (they probably didn't know the Hendrix song)?

What's the "I'm So Glad" thing then? There is an instrumental piece before they launch into Communication Breakdown..
Well the instrumental intro reminds me "slightly" on Cream's "I'm So Glad" but it can be also only instruments tuning :-)
