Question about miming?

I was watching the Montreux Pop Festival again last night and I was just wondering...How do you mime when playing drums??

If you don't understand my question, I'll specify again.

Roger hits the toms and stuff like in any concert but the music is so loud that one can hear that... I hope that this help you with your question..
