I think there is also a different hub where users with less than 2 gb can log on and accumulate files.

Yes, there are two hubs.
One is the big hub where you need at least 2GB and most of your files must be Queen related. The second hub is smaller and you can use it to accumulate more Queen files. Try looking for more info in the Sharing The Music section.
