I Need Your Advice

Sorry if this seems like a stupid topic but I need your advice, and it is Queen-related.

I've never seen them live because I'm too young to have been able to. Which is why I just have to go to one of the shows in America next year. For all I know this could be my one and only chance. But the problem is how in god's name do I persuade my dad to bring me to the States? Particularly when I've got school and all that.

Again, sorry if this is a time-wasting topic but I really do need some advice!

Why did you not go to one of the UK shows?

Or Dublin for that matter...

I was going to go to the one in Dublin, because that's where I'm from, but it was difficult because I was making my confirmation that month.

Also my dad's made excuses enough times, so that's why I need to persuade him this time.

Weren't there bands he liked when he was young? Try to make a comparison to those bands, maybe you'll hit a soft spot...
