It is because we got involved in America's wars with Afghanistan and Iraq that London got bombed by Al-Qaeda on 7th July.
I am English but I love America. I love the places I have visited in the past and the near-majority of the people I encountered on holidays from 1993 to 1998 were friendly, helpful and welcoming.
But the one thing I do not like about some (not all) Americans is this kind of unabashed arrogance. "America is the best, this is America. Where would you be without America?" All that crap.
America is a world super-power, there's no denying that but it is not the world-ruler and should not attempt to be.
