Why the outrage now?

May I ask why there is SO MUCH outrage now that four peace activists have been kidnapped, but when Nick Berg was slaughtered by these terrorist thugs, it was "wellll he should not have been there, he was trying to make a buck" from many (not all) liberals?

I don't get why al-jazeera get such a bad press - they're a news station and they report the news. In this case, they've shown the exact same footage that the BBC and CNN have shown, so should we shut them down too?

although the excecutions are never broadcast on TV. The perpetrators generally only show them on the internet.
