The AOBTD thing is bull. I heard it ona site that plays things backwards if they're supposed to have secret messages. It sounds a wee bit like that, but only because you're listening for it. Also, allegedly, if you play WWRY backwards it says, "Bring us here to put on ash". I've heard that and it does sound quite a lot like that.
But the "Paul is dead, man, mss him, miss him, miss him" thing is true. I posted a thread on this a couple of weeks back.

How do u save a sound file?? Ive been trying to figure it out so i can do it on the sound recorder to play stuff backwards for fun, and i cant seem to figure out how to save a sound file, and ive tried it using both realplayer and windows media, and i dont have a microphone attachement.
So any help would be great thanks!

Yea they are freaky. But i think its just neat how your brain interprets backward sounds.
But the fact that they were purposely meant that way, for me is a definate no.
There is one in some song by Weird Al Yankovic that if u play it backwards at the end it sounds like Satan likes cheese whiz! haha

Well i dont know, the zeppelin one is possible, id probably believe it more if it was Jimmy Page who wrote it, because apparently he did have some doings with the church of satan or satanist things once... (im pretty sure, someone else maybe able to clarify that one better than i)
