Buy the official DVD.

Why is it acceptable to upload this file? It's an official release which has only been out a matter of months for fuck sake.

This material is on "Making of ANATO" DVD from "Classic albums".

On DVD you'll find about 50 mins of additional video. BBC and Dutch - in titles only, as I remember.
