He wantd to have the hole show and it's not official. If it so that, no video would be allowed to be shared. From nearly every concert exists short parts, which were released on official stuff!

We cannot share anything that's officially released. all official tracks must me removed before sharing regardless of whether its video or audio extracted from the video.
Yeah, that might be, dut it didn't happened.
For example on Houston, Argentina or Hammersmith '75.

I ithink that he wants the non video songs.
Almost everything has copyrights, this video belongs to the REDE GLOBO TV from Brasil. At the time it was negotiated that Queen were doing Rock in Rio if they were guiven the copyrights to a VHS release.
WE only look at Queen copyrights, but footage from television programs or shows have a copyright too. If we are to follow strickly the copyrights then we would never share anything!

Yeah you are right, Houston was shared with an officially released video WWRY. But I'm not going to say something on this forum that's misleading.
I wasn't the one who posted Houston so that's out of my control. I'm not so sure about TV recordings though, it seems like many recording are shared on this forum with no problems so I don't know.
It is also my understanding from other postings in this forum that even when audio is ripped from an official video release, it cannot be shared.
I just wouldn't share anything that's questionable that migh cause the shutdown of this great site. I sent someone whom I thought knew the rules of sharing on this site an E mail about the criteria of a Qualified file to be shared and never received a response. It referenced the Houston video. I guess things are done by trial and error here.

If my memory serves me correctly, I believe Sony has rights to the Rio 85 concert here in the US, and as far as I'm aware, the laws regarding sharing protected audio/video are far more strict
in the US than other countries. This is the reason why you read different opinions about sharing on this forum. These files are being shared worldwide.
There was an article in the New York news a few years ago, about a 15 year old girl who was summoned to court and fined several thousands of dollars for illegal music sharing, so you can understand my view on sharing questionable files.
If it were up to me,I'd share everything I have for all Queen fans to enjoy.

So please, stop being afraid of record companies or labels and start thinking in fans !!!!!!!!

Ignorance at it's best
It's ironic that you should make such an irresponsible comment like this and I don't see any files being shared by you.

Anything broadcast by the BBC (Hammy 75) is available for public use.

HERE WHERE I LIVE IN BRAZIL ANYTHING DOESN'T EXIST OF THAT TO SELL WHY OFFICIALLY THEN NOT TO SHARE? NOBODY IS DRAWING A PROFIT THEN OF THAT IS NOT ILLEGAL!!! I THINK THE REDE GLOBO WANTS IS KNOWN THAT WHY THAT EXISTS SHOWED NEVER OF TURN. HERE IN BRAZIL THOSE VIDEOS ARE MARKETED IN THE SITE FREE MARKET THAT I ALREADY FIND ILLEGAL BECAUSE SO PROFITING WITH THAT BUT NEVER NOBODY WAS OBSTRUCTED NOR FOR THE OWN SITE, AND THAT UNTIL THE FREE MARKET RECOGNIZES THAT IT DOESN'T POSSESS COPYRIGHTS.
