i love that song... its in my top 5 favorite queen songs.... i was so happy when i first heard that they were playing it... and now.. its gone... bring it back... please... :)

Hey, as the kids say, I ain't sayin' nothin', but '39 was out at the Aruba gig. A brilliant soul wrote to Brian and asked that it be put back into the set list for the Meadowlands and Hollywood bowl gigs. Again, I ain't sayin' nothin' but said request was published on Brian's web site and he responded with something along the lines of "I'll see what I can do." For the final time, I ain't sayin' nothin' but it was back in for both gigs.

so they aren't playing it for the us tour in the spring? I hope they play it in Buffalo...I love it when wel all sing along to his little acoustic set! especially 39...if it's not on the setlist..lets all email him a a petition!

and gosh darnit it was not in the setlist at a show I was not even at. I am outraged.
They didn't play '39 in Budapest either.
How about a petition to bring back ALL of '39,not the 2 verse version that we get now.
Yes! I want to hear all the harmonies and the full band performing the entire song.
Brian played it at the Holloywood Bowl...even thought his 12 string when out of tune slightly...it was great!
