I've always found the QOL shop really efficient, whenever I've ordered anything it's come in about three days.

pal-sorry i was rude.Queen stick to wrestling and attention starved side scrolling
The service is definitely far from excellent. A Czech girl told me she ordered a Queen T-shirt and received a completely different one. After a couple of angry emails she got a replacement, though.

How is he meant to know that AFTER he's ordered the items? :P
silly billy

I, myself, have never bought anything from there - or any other online shop. But as with lots of sites to buy stuff online...well, some can be awful some can be good.

He could cancel the order.
And my name is Ben, not Billy

I think stateside fan was being facetious/sarcastic. I certainly hope so.

Just received my tour shirt that I ordered two weeks ago today. I live in Dallas. That's pretty good turnaround.

I still haven't received the Let Me Live bracelets I ordered on November 24th.....I think it's time I email them :-(
It's expensive!
Try Ebay, its much more efficent
I have been banging on about there appalling pricing for years, with particular reference to charity releases (there's no indication that the profit from their inflated prices go to the charity in question), but did use them once - for the WWRY sixpences. In common with others, there was an issue with non-delivery which led to a replacement order having to be sent - this perhaps explains why they're struggling if everything has to be sent twice....
I also discovered that the overpricing even extends to the postage charge. 2 sixpences in a jiffy bag sent first class does not weigh any more than 1 (in terms of stamps required), yet there was an extra charge of £1.50 for the second one.
As a result, I continue to buy elsewhere. BHM guitar £350, for example.

The Let Me Live bracelets are for charity. The money goes to AIDS research. It wouldn't make much sense to buy them from someone on Ebay, would it?

I dont know where you live but there's a Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic here.
And those yellow "Livestrong" Lance Armstrong bands are for testicular cancer reserch.
And anyway, weren't you complaining about the SERVICE of QOL, not the charity?

Well I emailed them, at least they replied right away. They verified my order and guess what? It got lost! Doesn't it happen too often? Anyway they asked me for my contact details once again - they had already done so right after I had placed my order online because they said something had gone wrong with the system. Let's hope for the best!
QueenOfWrestling, your reply was kind of weird. I wanted to donate for AIDS, I know many ways I can donate for cancer. You suggested shopping on Ebay, but it doesn't make any sense in my case because I want the money to go to charity. As I understand it, QOL will give the money to AIDS charity.
