I was able to open these files with Nero Showtime and Windows Media Player so you should be fine with these files.

Title 1,2,3,4 (menu 1,2,3,4) are the DVD selection files.
WWRY Title 1 = Identifies the maker of the DVD.
WWRY Title 2 = Performances by the WWRY cast.

Title 2 - 241,185 KB is the WWRY portion.
Title 4 - 36,979 KB is an interview with Elton Jonh.

I added more info at the torrent post. Sorry i did't give more detail when I posted it but I didn't get a chance to view the whole video after I downloaded it from Dimeadozen. I just tested them to make sure they worked.

You can if you have burning software. I use Nero. The source files are in PAL, so if you live in the US and Canada, you will have to instruct your program to convert to NTSC. You can even burn it on VCD as I did.

Okay, I'm doing this from memory because I'm at work so here goes. Open Nero Suite and select CD.
Then select make a VCD. Once you open this, you should have a screen to allow you to import the video files. Once you select the files, Nero will allow you to set up your buttons for movie/chapter selection, create your backgroud (artwork), set up remote control settings. At some point, you should get a popup advising you that the majority of the file is PAL and Nero will automatically convert to NTSC do you wish to change the settings. You should answer "yes" if you want PAL. I beleive from this point you will be prompted to direct your burn to hard drive or your rewriteable drive.
