You then contacted a friend of mine, offered this recording, apparently shouted some insults at him, and then disappeared off the face of the earth, just like you did with me.
So - did you actually have the recording, or were you just in the know? Did you somehow feel compelled to tell a few collectors about this cd, to give the impression that you had a goodie? I always have been suspicious of someone who couldn't provide an mp3 sample via email.
And now, of course coincidentally, you are the one trying to explain the original poster's motives. Hmmm, this has become very interesting...
He wants to 'liberate' this recording but he wants to do it 'old school' rather than put it up on the net.
Perhaps he doesn't want it traced back to him for some reason. Or he might be 'well known'
