In the Method Man movie How High there is a remix of Bicycle Race and at the beginning of House on Haunted Hill you can hear the carnival stuff from Brighton Rock, although I'm not sure if that was actually taken from somewhere else as well.

Just discovered another one....
Turkish version of Star Wars (aka The Man Who Saves The World) uses bits of Flash. Only the pounding bass line. This soundtrack rips lots of movies off but somehow got away with it. Guess its cause its so obscure.
