How can I find TATDOOL?

Please forgive me, yet another probably dumb question.
I've searched the net as well as I could, but I cannot find the TATDOOL video. I have a mac and it doesn't work with some websites. Is this video on a DVD that I can buy?

Mine's free. Don't listen to them.

Of course my software is too old, and the site won't let me watch the video. But I'd like to refer some others to that Yahoo! page.
