My husband was a wrestler in high school. He wrestled 130 class. I've heard horror stories of eating nothing but celery for a week to make weight or jogging for miles wearing garbage bags You don't have cauliflower ears do you? I can't stand the way that looks. Yick.

I wrestle 140. if you stay on weight, you dont have to. but Im varsity cross country so I still do. No, I dont hav coliflour ears, I wear my headgear.
