The little house on the MIH sleeve is just a small shed, nobody lives there. It's like a boat house right on the bank of the lake and belongs to the house Freddie used to rent when he was in Montreux, it was not his property.

but i thought Freddie bought a place there?? :-/

Yes, Freddie bought an apartment in Montreux shortly before he died but never lived there.

I don't know if the house on the lake is still for rent. Surely, you cannot rent the boat house by itself, only together with the complete house. I am sure it's very expensive. Montreux is a real exclusive and expensive place.
