Flash!,
If you don't mind my asking, how old are you, darling?;)
Hello from Rai
I'll tell you if you tell me about yourself all i know about you is the fact that your such a darling, darling!
Okay, darling, My name is Raina, 'Rai' as I'm called,I am indeed a female, and I absolutely ADORE Queen, especially that lovely Mr. Mercury! I can remember the first time I heard Freddie's beautiful voice:
In the early 80's I was around age 5 or 6. My sisters(age 16 or so) were listening to their favourite records and I heard 'Another One Bites The Dust'. My first thought was,"My,that man has a fabulous voice!" I much later came to know that this was indeed from 'The Game'. *This will reveal my age, for sure*lol ;)
Since then, I have always loved them and have always been truly amazed by Freddie's charisma and incredible talent. And,of course he is quite easy on the eyes as well;)
I am also quite fond of several other bands/singers, but Queen is #1 to me, for their beautifully unique style, fantastic sound, and of course Freddie Mercury, a true gift.
How is that for starters,my dear? ;)
Now tell me,darling...

I had to come back and answer. As another 12 year old queen fan living in Maryland, USA with 4 Queen shirts, I have the same problem with people who like Lindsay Lohan, Slipknot, fallout boy, greenday, etc... who ask me why I like Queen. My reply is always, "Because they are better than any lousy band you'd ever throw together." In other words, I will gladly sign

Well, a fat lot of good that did me. All I got was a couple of blank stares and a "what the fuck is this?" like they had forgotten COMPLETELY.
