Exactly. I have a one long wave and I want to divide it to small tracks. What program could I use?

Same here. While you're playing the file, just press control+Q to make a queue point. You can then break it into multiple tracks in Nero in the track properties.

Personally I use Steinberg Nuendo, but then I like going in for overkill! Goldwave does the job beautifully.
