This was broadcast delayed live - late in the evening on ITV. I recorded the complete show because Mercury & Caballe sang two tracks.
Also on the bill that evening was Jerry Lee Lewis, Spandau Ballet and (not mentioned above) Dionne Warwick.

I would truly love anything unreleased from freddie/cabelle, they were brilliant together. Phantom and music of the night would be a great release.

Yes, John, this is what I meant. I don't think Freddie made a short tour in October 1988 in Barcelona and played few gigs :)

This couldn`t be Tim Rice´s lyrics, could it? So, i suppose they were handwriten lyrics by Freddie!
The only thing strange about this is the fact that Freddie was allways mentioning that he struggled to write the right lyrics for his songs (most the times the lyrics couldn`t match the beautifull compositions he wrote- his words), and even so, someone from the inside ripped of those lyrics and sold them to a private collector?- And Freddie wasn`t aware of it?
I don´t know, but some items i think are too good to be true!

Fooling Around is indeed different. There are four bars in the outro that are not on the regular version.
