Well Bokkepoot sent me the MP3 , and here it is... I worked on it just pretty quickly, and it's again not perfect and maybe sometimes off-beat ... but well ... enjoy ... and let me know if it's crap or ok

That's fun! I hadn't even heard of the track until now! I must get my hands on that FM box set. Well done - you're great on the guitar!

Nicely integrated parts. Good fun! Only advice would be for the lead guitar. Too much delay puts it too upfront in the mix. Alternatively, if happy with the overall volume and effects, start cutting 1-3kHz and 250-400Hz frequencies for it to fit in better and possibly smooth out, too.

Peace,
Adam.

Sounds good Stefan. A bit too much reverb on the guitar I think, it doesn't fit very much with the rest of the music

Neat stuff, this is the sort of thing I wanted to do with "Let's Turn It On" a'capella from the boxset.

Very good - more people should do this kind of stuff with the short Freddie demos...

we've now had New York (at last), Beautiful day and this. Who's going to be next ...

I'd like to see 'You're the only one' given the treatment.

Thanks!

I am thinking of recording an instrumental version of "you're the only one" I havent tried to play it on the piano, but its no too complicated

... anybody wants to help me on that? (I might be able to record a version in a professional studio and then send that version on to other musicians???)

We need someone to finish the song with lyrics. Anybody any ideas ??? It would be awesome to do this and then to present/send this song to Brian maybe ... A fan version with updated lyrics and maybe a real "song structure" with chorus/verses...?!

Who is in for this?

I'd *love* to do something with You're the Only One, unfortunately it'd take me a while to figure out the piano parts and I'd probably only be able to offer up a basic rendition of it.
At best I could only offer a guitar solo :D
Oh and lyrics, if anyone's having a hard time writing lyrics.

Wow! I really like how you've finished this track up. It's so nice to hear different adaptations and mixes of our old faves!
