Blue Rock & MBADTK

Hi.This is my first posting, so I hope I get this right! I have a cd that I purchased years ago. It is The Cross: Blue Rock and Mad, Bad and Dangerous to Know. The label reads as 'RMCD 009'. Some of the tracks seem to fade out early (although i havent heard the official versions, so I may be wrong. Im guessing it's a bootleg? Can anyone shed any light on what this is, and how much would anyone be prepared to pay for it, as I think the time has come to part with the old queen collection unfortunatly....

The label indicates that these are indeed bootlegs.

I used to have this before I sold it (I told the buyer it was incomplete) a few years ago. A I recall, it is a bootleg by "Royalty Records. I believe one or more songs are missing. I think Old Men (Lay Down) is missing from (MBaDTK).

I think I sold it for $10.00, but I can not remember

To be honest, I would prefer that someone would download the tracks from BR & MBADTK and would wait for an official copy of each album to become available to buy, rather than buy this bootleg-CD.
Someone is making lots of money on this so-called release, while the quality is shit simply because of some tracks missing or fading out early, which makes that you still have to find the original albums anyway.

I have this one too, and yeah it sucks. Most of the MB&DTK tracks have been shortened, Blue Rock is complete though which is why I kept it. Bought it in my ignorant days for 10 euro or something...

This bootleg was released over 10 years. the bootleggers are not making money off it now. It is not likely that these Cross albums will ever be released officially again. The record companies are too lazy. The only time I get pissed at bootleggers is when they sell what they downloaded for free.

I would recommend looking on the hub for these twoo albums rather than this edited bootleg compilation.

I'd like to think that, once the Q+PR stuff has settled down, Roger will take it upon himself to issue a solo set that encompasses Cross material too.

These are the two best albums to have been released by either Queen or it's members from 1984 - 1990.

I'd like to think that too, but I'd also like to think that a threesome with the Minogue sisters is likely....
