I like Mozarella but prefer Brie
There are so many types of cheese I like.
A short list would be:
- grana padano
- parmigiano reggiano
- mozzarella (especially bufala's moz)
- gorgonzola
- quartirolo modified into taleggio
and many more.
I feel a bit hungry now...

- Come again?
- I want to buy some cheese.

I prefer a good hickory smoked cheddar when listening to NATO or earlier.
If I'm going 80's, then of course Brie.
Anything post Freddie has to be taken with a Hot Pepper cheese, say American.
