PS: Never understood why the original seeder of this "25 minute snippet" encoded his Super8-Film to 8.000KBit/s DVD-Format... 1.500 KBit/s would have been more than enough...

I take your point on that one. Its too true. The only reason I can think of is that the original person encoded it using a DVD-Encoder that doesn't allow changes in bitrate.

Seeing that its there for download already, why dont you use google to find conversion software and do it yourself?

Ey, you can use RM converter (http://www.boilsoft.net/download/rmconverter.exe) to convert this file or another rmvb file to avi or mpg but realplayer it must be installed. ;-D

RMVB file You wil open by well know Sub Edit Player.
