Did you set your torrent to seed?

The torrent file is on the tracker but there is no seeder. To seed the file you must load the torrent file into your client and then choose
the SAME folder when the client asks you where to store the torrented files

For example

if you have the files stored into a directory

C:\flac\tokyo_1976

you must specify

C:\flac

as download folder when loading the torrent into your client. The client will check the files for completeness and start seeding.

I'm connected now, and I briefly had seeders, so it appears the torrent does sort of work.
