I use Azaureus and when my download is complete, the file moves from the download window to the seeding window. Check your trashcan to make sure you didn't erroneously delete the file. If not,do a new download and point the torrent at the existing file. The download should recognize the existing files and load the new ones. I checked my upload this morning and all the files were there and no one else had this issue.
I'm at work now but I beleive I'm still seeding this. If not, I will reseed after 7:00 PM EST.
