Acoustic Tie Your Mother Down

I tried searching the forums about this, but it kept coming up as an error.
Does anyone know anything about an acoustic TYMD? It's Brian singing and it's 7:36 minutes long. I came across it as a download on eMule, and I'm just curious about when it was done and for what (TV appearance? Concert?).
