OK, let me clear the air with Ozzy Sabbath. The first FIVE Sabbath albums(with Ozzy) were great but over the last three Sabbath albums with Ozzy, Ozzy was strung out on drugs and threatened to quit. When he made a fool of himself during the Never Say Die period, firing him was the best thing they did cos he was destroying himself. Strange, when Ozzy got fired and Dio was hired, Sabbath came back with their first hit since Sabbath Bloody Sabbath and first great album since SBS with Heaven and Hell.

Absolutely agree with all of it. Having said that I still like Technical Ecstasy and- ESPECIALLY- Sabotage. Never Say Die, apart from the title track- is pile of shite...
It is amazing how strong record they made when hired Dio- there's no weak track on Heaven and Hell- and the title track and Lonely Is The Word are among my fav tunes in entire band catalogue!
