Look at the Live Aid footage and you will see Freddie touching Bono's elbow which is sexual body language. So the answer is yes, Freddie is sexually attracted to Bono.

Yes, they had sex and as dedication U2 wrote It's A Beautiful Day. Bono stole the title of Freddie, but since they had sex, Freddie agreed.
