I have a MVI movie file that is around 20MB. Where can i download a program that could allow me to compress the size of that file? It doesn't matter to me if it gets changed to a different movie format.

Actually the video comes from my camera, but it doesn't have a file extension. However it names the file as MVI_****.
I went to 'Properties' and it lists the file as a Motion JPEG
