It has to be Anchorman, i haven't laughed that hard in my life.

Airplane, Life of Brian, Holy Grail and Dodgeball are also at the top for me.

In my entire life I've come across literally (not literally 'come across', but literally the following number) about 9 people that know this film. And I kind of prefer it that way.
