Hey everyone. I finally got myself a nice video capture card that does S-VIDEO and composite video/audio recording, along with cable TV, air TV, and FM radio features as well.
Long point short, what I wanted to ask is: as far as capture programs go, can you only use the one that comes with the card itself, or can you download and use other programs with it?
Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

nah, any software should work...
if you want to use a different art package with your scanner...you can do it
generaly the cards work to a standard...so the software will work much like any other software...but interacting witht the software drivers for the hardware

What did my scanner have to do with the above question? I already know how to use a scanner, thanks anyways :P
