RE: The UK National Minimum wage.
There are three levels of minimum wage, and the rates from 1st October 2005 are:
£5.05 per hour for workers aged 22 years and older.
A development rate of £4.25 per hour for workers aged 18 - 21 years inclusive.

The 'Live Aid' DVD can be purchased and delivered from 'Play.com' for £24.99 - so even at £3.00 per hour, this equates with only 8hrs labour.

In parts of Africa, £24.99 can equate to 3 MONTHS labour.
