Yes.
However I haven't mistaken people with my parents, family members, or relatives. Instead I've mistaken them with other people I know. Still it's absolutely embarassing. I just walk away and say sorry while hanging my head in shame.

This might seems like something to come out of a Seinfeld episode, but have you ever crossed paths with a person who is wearing casual clothes, but as a very strange coincidence that person happens to be wearing almost the exact same clothes that you are wearing. Pretty akward if you ask me, it has happened to me a couple of times.

Near-death experience:
I was quite young and not yet knowing how to swim,found myself in my neighbour's swimming pool. I was drifting further and further down...running out of air...then my best friend jumped in and brought me to the surface!;)
