I'm sure any Queen fan here saw it,but I never did till now and man is it an amazing classic,a nice song a neat and strangely visual video,a true Queen classic!
Man,was this the sort of thing that was going through Freddie's mind when he created that song with the others? Gives Rennassiance a whole new meaning.(Sorry if I didn't spell it right there.)
I wonder why Vh1 classic never aired it? Man,I have gotta get the Works album!

I must agree with you there! I love this song, Freddie's voice is so powerful, and the lyrics are like *ahhh*. It's also way cool to play on the piano. :-D
Good video yeah. Why hasnt vh1 played Invisible Man and The Miracle also? Weird
Great, probably one of my favorite slow ballads.
I like it,too.
It does remind me of Play The Game though.

Yes, "It's a free world" and "it's a long hard fight" are musical siblings I suppose. I love both songs though. IHA sounds even better live.
It's hard life it's a beatiful song with great text, Freddie's vocal and Brian's solo. I think that video to hard life is one of the best. This is one of my favorite Queen lovesong and the best song from The Works.
I also got to see 2 more classic Queen videos that night(I forgot to mention this was at the usual and helpful place:YOU.TUBE.COM)
Scandal and Body Language.
Scandal was good, showing that even with Aids,it never slowed Freddie down,he was great in that video.
BL had a pretty hip song, but the video had some bad lighting in it and was a bit too risque and silly, probably a lesser known classic huh?

The video is so amazing. I could watch it for hours and hours and still love it!
IMO It's a Hard Life is the best Queen video ever. I love when he's sitting on the table singing and the old drunk man laying on the table in the background...excellent!!

Yes out of all The Miracle videos it was the most high energy performance he gave. On some of the angles he looks likes he hasn't changed much from the mid eighties but on others he looks truly awful. I love the pirouhetting he does on "open the floodgates"

Freddie's vocals are *excellent* on this one!
OMG...
I love this song video everything about it...
Its amazing...
*sighs*
This is one song that always pops into my head everyday at least once.
I wonder why VH1 doesnt play more classic videos by anyone on normal cable, outside of digital, as i do not get VH1 Classic channel. I think VH1 has strayed quite a bit from music lately, i still like it though. But i do wish theyd play more classic vids on a more regular basis.

i have a poster of its a hard life from the 70s :D
I'm lovin Freddies giant prawn costume! If you listen to the commentary on the video, Roger doesn't seem to like it, he says things like "John looks like a horse". Anyway, I thik it's great aswell!
