As some of you know, last week I took my girlfriend, Anne-Marie, to Paris, France :-

Now it was to celebrate our one year Anniversary and Valentine's Day. Little did she know that I was planning to propose to her.
We were on the Eiffel Tower, on Monday, 13th, February, 2006, a year to the day that we met. I gave a bit of a speech, got down on one knee and proposed. Luckily for me, she said, "Yes".
I am ecstatic and over the moon!!!
After proposing, we went back to our hotel room, where I had lit loads of candles and covered the whole room in rose petals, with presents and champagne waiting. What can I say? Mr. Romantic!!!
I just wanted to make it as special as possible for her.
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know my exciting news and how it went, friends!!!
