Check it out: one of my favourite albums is Hot Space and amongst my least favourite is Queen II.

Yes, I'm serious.

In my opinion there is no bad Queen album so your statement doesn't shock me or anything.

I respect your opinion,even though Queen II is the best.

Not that I give a shit what you listen to, but if you wanted to try to shock at least some people, come on and say: "The Britney Spears show I saw 2 years ago was great, but man, they played Queen in the car on the way over, boy did that ruin my day." Try that.

God, you people are thick. Or is it because Queen fans have evolved to a point of extreme open-mindedness? Here, someone comes on and mentions their love for Hot Space and their hatred for Queen II, and you simply say "fair enough"? Where are the flames and the arguments, the comparisons betwen the albums, the statement that Black Queen shits all over Body Language any day, the claims of lack of taste.

No flames and arguments from me. I think Hot Space is a spectacular album. Best of the 80's bunch in my opinion.

Hot Space is definitely their most stylish album. I thought Queen made a perfect decision to work with Mack throughout the 80's as he really updated their sound. Everything was incredibly crisp and defined, unlike aural monstrosities like Queen II. Don't get me wrong, I can appreciate II for its compositions and audacity, but it's not exactly paradise on the ears. I think it would be a great "Queen" project for them to go back into the studio and do a few re-takes on old songs - just like what they did with I Can't Live With You. I'm sure it would knock up some great moments.

hot space is a GOOD album. Not terrible, not great, just good, it makes me wanna dance
