Ronnie or Ozzy?

Hey everyone,

Ok i would like to know who thinks which one of these guys are better at what they do in Black Sabbath, because i know a few people who say Ozzy is a much better lead singer then Ronnie but i disagree i think Ronnie suits Sabbath vocaly. Whos your choice?

Ozzy. That's all I have to say.

Both equal in the eyes of God.

Sabbath was nothing without him.

Don't get me wrong, I like Dio on his own.

There is no comparison, though, between Ozzy and Dio in Sabbath. None.

Same as with Q + PR. It is still good, but not AS good...

Well...Ozzy has a pretty unique voice. Just listening to "Stars" shows you that Dio just has the typical 80's metal voice. Impressive...but ubiquitous. The only voice that stood out on that track was Halford's, but he's a vocal God.

I think Dio suited rainbow better than Sabbath,as for ozzy. . . .he's the sabbath man.
Anyone like Dio in Rainbow or is it just me??

I like RJD in ANY carnation! ;-)

But yes, I agree that Rainbow might just be RJD's best fit.

Dio is a better singer by far.

But Ozzy is a better preformer,interacts more with the crowd and Sabbath just suits ozzy better.
